When I try to print a page, background colors and images are missing.
This is a known issue when using Internet Explorer. Open Internet Explorer, then press ALT+F+U. This will open a dialog box with a checkbox for "Print Background Colors and Images". Make sure the checkbox is selected before printing.

When I print a page, the web page URL, date, etc. is showing in the header and footer.
Open Internet Explorer, then press ALT+F+U. This will open a dialog box with header and footer information. Choose "Empty" in these boxes to delete header and footer data.
